TRANSFORMING LIVES Jail & Prison Ministry is dedicated to developing and facilitating programs that empower incarcerated individuals during their transition back into society. Our mission is to provide the necessary tools and support for them to reintegrate successfully, becoming valuable members of their families and communities. Through education, mentorship, and rehabilitation, we strive to break the cycle of incarceration and offer hope for a brighter future.
Facility Based Programs
We work closely with Facility Administrators, Case Managers, and Department Staff (Residency, Work Furlough, and Behavioral Health) to develop and implement programs, resources, and services that meet the pre-transitional and transitional needs for reentry into the community.
